PAUTOT Stéphanie
Stéphanie Pautot has broad experience in advising on all aspects of real estate investment projects including acquisition, disposal, local development projects, financing, lease negotiations and due diligence. She provides guidance across most types of real estate, including offices, retail and warehousing and she usually acts as an interface between clients and technical experts, including accounting and tax advisers.
Stéphanie focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. She advises financial institutions in relation to the setting-up, corporate structuring and day-to-day management of their investment vehicles.
Stéphanie has been a lecturer in Luxembourg corporate law at the Faculté de droit de Nancy of the Université de Lorraine (France) since 1998.Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2016, Stéphanie worked for 15 years in major Luxembourg and international law firms, and was partner at one firm specialised in real estate in Luxembourg from 2011 to 2016.Stéphanie has been a member of the Paris Bar from 2001 to 2016 and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2010.Stéphanie holds a DJCE (diplôme de juriste conseil en entreprise) in business and tax law from the Université de Nancy 2 (France), as well as a Magistère in international and European business law from the same university. She speaks fluent English and French.
BRONKART Sophie
Sophie Bronkart is a counsel at Elvinger Hoss Prussen. Her practice concentrates on corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financing and securities law and corporate restructuring. Sophie advises a number of private equity firms and other financial institutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Sophie worked for seven years in two Luxembourg law firms (including a Magic circle law firm) on corporate matters, cross¬-border, merger and acquisitions. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1999.
Sophie holds a Licence en droit from the Université de Liège (Belgium). She speaks fluent English and French.
CAGI-NICOLAU Arnaud
Arnaud Cagi-Nicolau is a counsel at Elvinger Hoss Prussen. He specialises in collective investment funds and other investment vehicles.
Arnaud’s practice encompasses a broad range of alternative investment funds (including private equity, real estate and hedge funds) as well as undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities. He also advises on derivative documentation (implementation of EMIR, ISDA documentation and derivative instruments implementing investment strategies), collateral management, securities lending, repo and prime brokerage arrangements.
Arnaud has been a member of ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) since 2011.
Prior to joining the firm, Arnaud worked for the Paris office of two major international law firms.
He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004 and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2010.
Arnaud holds a Specialised Master’s degree in international business law and management from ESCP Europe and HEC in Paris (France), as well as a DEA (diplôme d’études approfondies) in private law from the Université de Nice Sophia-Antipolis (France). He speaks fluent English and French.
