NICOLAS Anne-Marie
Anne-Marie Nicolas is a partner with the Banking and Finance department of the international lawfirm Loyens & Loeff. She specialises in international banking and finance transactions and regulatory matters relating to the financial services industry. She also advises on insolvency, debt restructuring and corporate governance matters.
Previously, she was a banking and finance lawyer with a magic circle lawfirm in Luxembourg and headed the EMEA and India corporate and banking legal practice of a USD13 billion industrial group listed on the NY stock exchange, where she also acted as an executive board member for a number of group entities and advised subsidiary board members in 33 countries.
Anne-Marie is Luxembourg law and New York law qualified and a member of the ILA Banking Committee and the ILA Marketing and Communication Committee. Anne-Marie is also a member of a number of working groups with the ABBL (Bankers and banks association of Luxembourg)
Anne-Marie holds masters in French and German Law from the University of Paris I-Pantheon-Sorbonne and the Universität zu Köln and an LL.M. in American law from Boston University. She speaks fluent French, German and English.
BACHNER Monique
Monique Bachner-Bout is an Independent Director and lawyer with broad governance, legal, technology and financial services expertise. Monique sits on Boards of commercial companies, investment funds, and non-profits. Monique holds both law and economics degrees, and is an ILA Certified Director and INSEAD IDP-C.
Monique started her career as a Magic Circle corporate lawyer and now focuses on governance and innovation, and in particular their intersection with legal and regulatory frameworks. Monique is the author of various corporate governance and technology governance articles and guidance and is active in national and international working groups related to corporate governance, decentralisation, and automation/AI governance & ethics, and is a frequent speaker on these issues.
OSVILLE David
David Osville is a partner within the audit department of Deloitte Luxemburg. He specialises in telecom companies, infrastructure as well as more generally private equity funds in IFRS and Lux GAAP. He is also the Telecom, Media and Technology Leader for Deloitte Luxemburg.
David has had experience in various countries ranging from Malta to Australia since he started his career in 2005 at Deloitte Luxembourg.
David is a réviseur d’entreprises agréé and an expert comptable.
David holds a master from the ICN Business School in Nancy. He speaks fluent French, German and English.
PIETERS Garry
Garry Pieters is an ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs)-certified director.
He is a Partner with The Directors' Office and member of several boards of Luxembourg domiciled investment funds, management companies and other companies. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of finance, in particular with ING Group NV. After having been a foreign exchange and money markets dealer, he became fund manager for a number of ING Group’s Luxembourg money market and fixed income funds.
He was Chief Executive Officer of NN Investment Partners
Luxembourg SA, CEO and CIO of its Singapore joint venture, as well as Executive Vice
President of its Korean joint venture and before he joined The Directors' Office in 2010, Director at NN IP's Pension Services.
