She is spe-cialised in Executive and Board Search, and she advises her clients on C-Suite and Board topics related to Leadership Assessment and Development, Succession Planning and Executive Onboard-ing, Diversity & Inclusion, Board Evaluation, Effectiveness and Composition, Board and Executive Alignment. 

Prior to founding Amrop Luxembourg, Ms. Nguyen-Groza started the local office of Korn Ferry Lux-embourg, being a Senior Client Partner and working on C-Suite and Board search assignments as well as on Advisory mandates. She commands an extensive national, regional and international ex-perience and executive network. Her experience spans a multitude of non-executive and executive positions (Chairman of the Board, Independent Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Head of Data Monetization, Partners in law firms etc.).

Her expertise in executive search is completed by her activity as a trusted advisor for Boards, Chairs, CEOs and their executive teams, working across a range of sectors, from Finance to Indus-try and Digital, to the top teams of private equity firms, across various global industrial and fast-growing technology companies. Franck Willaime has over 20 years entrepreneurship exposure in the Fintech industry and was instrumental in the growth of several start-up companies, three of which were successfully sold to billion-dollar firms. The latest one was an award-winning enterprise data management platform, dedicated to the asset management industry, successfully sold to IHS Markit (Nasdaq: INFO) in 2012. Franck is a venture partner with Paris based PE firm,BlackFin Capital Partners and acts as a NED on a number of boards of alternative investment funds, including C4 Ventures funds initiated by Pascal Cagni, the former General Manager of Apple Europe.
