BONIFAZZI Lionel

Lionel Bonifazzi is a Partner at Wildgen lawfirm specialised in corporate law including in contract law. He also has experience in tax law and accounting law. 

Lionel has considerable experience in reviewing and analysing various types of contracts (SPA, loan agreements etc.) and defending the interests of his clients.

Prior to joining Wildgen Corporate team in 2016, Lionel worked for 10 years as a qualified lawyer in Luxembourg.

Lionel is a regular author of legal and tax insights and contributed in the "Guide des comptes annuels pour le Luxembourg" and “ACE” (Ed. Wolters Kluwer).

NITESCU Delia

Delia Nitescu joined the Wildgen Corporate team in 2012 and specialises in M&A, corporate structuring, project finance and restructuring.

Prior to joining Wildgen, Delia worked as a corporate and M&A lawyer with a Luxembourg-based law firm and few law firms based abroad.

She is member of the Luxembourg Bar.
