SCHNEIDER Gaëlle

Gaëlle Schneider is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice at Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in investment fund related matters, advising clients on the structuring, creation, organisation and marketing of investment funds, investment companies and management companies. Gaëlle also has specific expertise in relation to depositary issues in the field of investment funds.

Gaëlle has also worked as a senior adviser within a major asset manager, where she was in charge of the legal affairs concerning the structuring, operation and administration of Luxembourg funds as well as the operation of their management companies.

Gaëlle Schneider holds a Master’s degree (Magistère) in European business law from the Université Nancy II (France) and a Master’s degree in European business law from the University of Sheffield (UK).
